Founded by a Kent State University entrepreneurship graduate and military veteran, Pivot was born from a personal ritual: enjoying coconut water before bed to ease the effects of a night out. This inspired the creation of a cocktail that combines the smoothness of vodka with the subtle sweetness of carbonated coconut water, offering a modern twist on classic refreshment.
